HEALTH EQUITY ASSESSMENTS: BHETC uncovers policies, procedures, and decisions that contribute to health inequities and measures competency related to health equity, disparities, and social determinants of health.

COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT: Evaluation of community needs related to organizational goals and initiatives to identify current and anticipated needs.

We work with key stakeholders to set specific learning goals. Then, we develop a customized learning pathway for your team based on the necessary resources, supports, and strategies.

CURRICULUM AUDIT AND DEVELOPMENT

BHETC will collect information related to the topics you have provided and create a curriculum accordingly. Additionally, BHETC conducts curriculum audits and provides support for editing existing curricula.

WORKBOOKS, TOOLKITS AND GUIDEBOOKS

BHETC will assist our organization in developing new resources. Additionally, BHETC conducts audits of our current resources and provides support to edit them.

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

To encourage sustainability and build dexterity with varying team members in the organization. BHETC will host a SPARK for content developed by BHETC for your organization.

WORKSHOPS

After getting to know your needs, BHETC will either customize or create trainings and simulations based on your needs. Our workshops are interactive both in our virtual platforms and in person. We encourage collaboration through peer-shares, breakout rooms, and whiteboard use. Our trainings are solution-oriented and inspire individual and institutional change.
